Dispatch

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 72 business hours. We will contact you by email if an unexpected delay affects your order.

Shipping charges and delivery

No extra shipping fee is currently added during checkout. Delivery time varies by destination and carrier. Please use the contact page if you need a delivery estimate before ordering.

Returns

You may request a return within 15 days after delivery. The item should be unused and returned in its original condition. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on your card issuer or payment provider. Original payment processing or return-shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
